We are a small, local, private group that actively buys houses and land in Nassau, Suffolk and Queens counties of Long Island, New York. We buy houses in any area, price range or condition. We can close on a date of your choosing (usually 30 days or less) and most importantly, relieve the stress involved in a real estate transaction. We are principal buyers, NOT real estate agents, looking to list your property for sale, hoping that a buyer will eventually come along. We ARE the buyer you are looking for! We don't charge any fees or commissions to buy your house.
